AnkAshram Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1st July 2025
At AnkAshram, we are committed to delivering high-quality, value-driven education in data, analytics, and wellness the Indian way. Before enrolling, we encourage learners to carefully review course details, eligibility requirements, and their readiness to commit to the learning journey.
1. No Refunds
All fees paid to AnkAshram for any course, workshop, program, or service are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change in your personal circumstances
- Lack of time or interest
- Inability to attend sessions (live or recorded)
- Withdrawal after the course begins
- Incomplete course participation
- Delay or inability to access course materials due to technical issues on the user’s end
2. Exceptional Situations
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, in rare and exceptional situations (e.g., accidental double payment), a refund request may be considered at the sole discretion of AnkAshram's management. To request such a review, you must email us within 7 days of payment at admin@ankashram.com, with proof of payment and a clear explanation.
Note: Approval of any refund in such cases will be entirely at AnkAshram’s discretion and may take up to 15 working days to process.
3. Payment Disputes
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in the immediate suspension of your access to our platform.
4. Course Cancellations by AnkAshram
If AnkAshram cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., faculty unavailability, platform migration), we will either offer:
- A full refund, or
- An option to reschedule or shift to another batch or equivalent program.
Learners will be contacted and guided accordingly.
