Ankashram provides education and training services in data science and analytics through our website at https://www.ankashram.com/ and associated tools, forms, or communication platforms (collectively, the "Service").
By registering on the Site, submitting any form, or visiting, browsing, or using the Ankashram Service in any manner, you ("User" or "You") agree to these Terms of Use, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Ankashram.
THESE TERMS SET FORTH LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR SERVICE IF YOU ARE UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE.
Note on Disputes: While Ankashram currently operates under Indian law and does not mandate arbitration, any disputes which cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account and provide personal details. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration is truthful, complete, and accurate, and you will keep this information updated at all times.
All information you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy. If you wish to delete your Account, email admin@ankashram.com. Your Account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 14 business days.
AnkAshram reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, including cases of misuse, violation of terms, or legal obligations.
Features, duration, and pricing are determined by the specific learning program you register for ("Plan"). AnkAshram does not require login-based accounts. All interaction is initiated through a registration form, and communication is maintained via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
All content and services are made available solely for personal or authorized institutional educational use. You agree not to license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service or any part of the content. You shall not modify, copy, create derivative works of, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Service or content. No content — including videos, PDFs, slides, or exercises — may be copied, published, or redistributed without express written permission from AnkAshram.
By enrolling in any paid program, you agree to pay the one-time fee or term-based fee communicated to you at registration. Non-payment or delayed payment may result in cancellation or non-confirmation of your seat. Payment may be made via UPI, bank transfer, payment gateway, or other methods as communicated by AnkAshram. All payments are collected via secure third-party processors (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, or direct bank interfaces).
AnkAshram reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, misuse shared content, distribute proprietary materials without permission, or disrupt the learning environment. For individual learners, write to admin@ankashram.com at least 7 days before the course start date for deferral consideration. Course fees are non-refundable, including cases of partial attendance or early withdrawal.
All content, learning materials, presentations, designs, exercises, session recordings, and communications shared as part of AnkAshram's services are the sole intellectual property of AnkAshram or its content collaborators. You may not reproduce, share, or republish any AnkAshram material on social media, in professional environments, or for commercial use without express written permission. Permitted uses include downloadable material shared directly for educational purposes and content emailed to you for your individual learning use.
"User Content" refers to any information or material you voluntarily share with AnkAshram through registration forms, emails, WhatsApp, SMS, Zoom chats, feedback forms, or assignments. You are solely responsible for your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant AnkAshram a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, and share this content in anonymized or aggregate form for educational, analytical, and promotional purposes.
As part of your learning journey, we may share or integrate with third-party platforms including Zoom for video conferencing, Razorpay or other payment gateways, file-sharing tools (e.g., Google Drive, Miro, Notion), and external websites or articles for reference. These tools are not owned or controlled by AnkAshram. We are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or how they handle your data.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnkAshram, its founders, facilitators, instructors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise out of or relate to your participation in or use of any part of AnkAshram's services, your violation of these Terms, or any content submitted by you that infringes the rights of any third party.
AnkAshram is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We collect limited personal data through registration forms, including name, mobile number, email address, and learning preferences. This information is used solely to communicate with you, deliver learning content, respond to queries, and track engagement for internal analytics. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, AnkAshram's services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, AnkAshram disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that sessions will meet your specific expectations or that you will achieve a particular skill level, job placement, or certification outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnkAshram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. AnkAshram's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If no amount has been paid, our liability shall be limited to INR 1,000.
We strongly encourage you to first reach out to our support team via email at admin@ankashram.com to attempt a resolution in good faith. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree that disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
If you believe content on AnkAshram violates your copyright, submit a written complaint to legal@ankashram.org containing your full name and contact details, a clear description of the copyrighted work, identification of the specific content and its location, and a good faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
